How do i send an item back?
If you as a customer notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please send us an email to contact (a) fiercejustice.com or contact us here.
How long do i have to send something back?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
My item is faulty, what now?
We apologise that you have received a faulty item. You can of course return it within the applicable time frame according to consumer law.
Please send us an email with the following information:
- Customer number
- Invoice number
- Item name and number
- A brief description of the fault
- Two to three clear images
We will check the images as soon as possible and you will receive a response via email.
Can i choose another item as a replacement?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to get another item as a replacement.
How do i get my money back?
If you’ve used a gift voucher, we’ll transfer the money to it. You can then use it again for your next order.
Why has my return not been credited yet?
As soon as we receive your return and you have chosen to get your money back, or we have no more items in the desired size, you will be refunded to your bank card or via Vipps within 3-5 days.
